"Too big" (final artwork), 2010
Dromaeosaurus albertensis/
Lambeosaurus maginicristatus

Marco A. Pineda
acrylic
50.0 x 35.0 cm
ORIGINAL ARTWORK AVAILABLE

In this artwork, I speculate about the impossibility of some predators be able to hunt preys on a big game, in spite of their potential power.
The fact to try catch big preys could represent serious physical injuries relatives to hunting practices, so may be like in actual fauna, predators prefers "low risk" preys.

It's nice to see such a serene setting for a dinosaur image, especially when done so well! Great work!
